All orders will ship within 2 working days upon payment* unless otherwise stated. Should there be any unforeseen circumstance resulting in shipment delays, we will contact you soonest to update on the revised shipping estimate.
We seek your understanding that in the event an order is returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery after 2 unsuccessful attempts (e.g. receiver failed to reschedule delivery, receiver out of the country, etc.), a redelivery charge will be imposed.
All the shipment from our website are tracked postage.
*95% of the parcels during off-peak season will be attempted to deliver within two to four working days from order date (excluding order date). During peak season, please allow two additional working days excluding delivery exceptions or delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
